Aureol Global Connections is currently seeking 3 skilled Spray Painters to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces using spray painting techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the aesthetics and durability of our products, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet both industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary before application. Set up and operate spray painting equipment, ensuring proper mixing and application of paints and finishes. Apply paint evenly and efficiently to achieve desired results while adhering to safety standards. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and completeness, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain and clean spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Follow best practices for safety and environmental regulations during painting processes. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction. Document work processes and materials used for inventory and quality control purposes. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in spray painting is desirable. Proven experience as a Spray Painter in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of spray painting techniques, materials, and safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail to produce high-quality finishes. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and materials. Willingness to comply with safety standards and protocols. A valid driver's license and flexibility to work at various job sites as required.
