JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Spray Painter to apply paints, coatings, and finishes to furniture, metal structures, doors, cabinets, or other fabricated items. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, durable, and visually appealing finishes while following safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter in furniture, metal, or industrial painting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, color mixing, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work with different materials: wood, metal, MDF, laminates, or plastics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper handling of paints and chemicals.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spray painting for furniture, interiors, or industrial products.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming as needed.
• Mix paints, varnishes, and coatings according to specifications.
• Apply paint or finishes using spray guns or other equipment.
• Ensure even coverage and smooth, defect-free surfaces.
• Inspect completed work for quality and make touch-ups as necessary.
• Maintain spray equipment, tools, and work area in clean and safe condition.
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and ventilation protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams or supervisors to meet project deadlines.
