Description
Your role as a Spray Painter at Crown Equipment will be pivotal in maintaining the aesthetic and protective finish of our material handling equipment. You will work in a skilled team environment, ensuring that all paint work meets high-quality standards and is completed efficiently. What you will do: Meticulously clean and spray paint material handling equipment and parts to customer and manufacturing specifications as well as work orders. Fitting panels to equipment and placing decals in correct locations. Ensuring that the correct number of decals are kept in stock at all times. Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments. Execute high-quality spray painting techniques to achieve the desired finish. Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safely unload hoists using walkie reach trucks. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Proven experience in spray painting or a related field. Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to painting. Willingness to learn new techniques and adopt best practices.
