OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray painting, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other team members. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on every project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in spray painting with a focus on residential projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of paint types, application techniques, and surface preparation methods.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to painting tasks.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members professionally.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must have a valid drivers-license
• Must be a Canadian citizen for proper payroll processing

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
• Apply paint, and other finishes using spray equipment.
• Restore surfaces by repairing any damages prior to painting.
• Rig and set up ladders safely for elevated work.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to painting.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate with team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
