Description Job Summary Branson Hills Golf Club is seeking a motivated Spray Technician / Golf Course Maintenance Technician to join our year-round maintenance team. This position is responsible for chemical applications and will also assist with all aspects of daily golf course maintenance to ensure exceptional playing conditions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Spray & Chemical Application Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides in accordance with label instructions and agronomic plans Safely mix, load, and handle chemicals while following all safety and regulatory requirements Calibrate, operate, clean, and maintain spray equipment Maintain accurate records of applications and chemical inventory Comply with all local, state, and federal pesticide regulations General Golf Course Maintenance Assist with mowing, trimming, and edging greens, tees, fairways, and rough Rake and maintain bunkers Participate in daily course setup (cup cutting, tee markers, signage) Assist with irrigation monitoring, hand watering, and minor repairs Support seasonal maintenance projects such as aerification, topdressing, and renovations Operate and maintain small-engine and ride-on turf equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Golf course maintenance or turfgrass experience preferred, but not required Missouri pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe Valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required Current Missouri Pesticide License, or willing to obtain Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to wear PPE during chemical applications Benefits Year-round employment Health, dental, and vision insurance after waiting period 401(k) plan after waiting period Golf privileges Training and pesticide licensing support Opportunity for growth within the golf course maintenance department
