Position Summary: * Carry out the application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical treatments to maintain healthy turf and landscaped areas * Mix, prepare, and safely apply chemical solutions using appropriate equipment (sprayers, spreaders) in line with safety standards * Maintain golf course turf areas including greens, tee boxes, and fairways to ensure optimal playing conditions * Perform general grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, and overall upkeep of lawns and landscaped areas * Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are cleaned, refueled, and in good working condition * Monitor property grounds to maintain a high standard of appearance and quality * Maintain accurate records of chemical applications and maintenance activities * Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment About You:  * Relevant experience in a similar role  * Working rights in Fiji * Basic qualification in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or related field (preferred) * Knowledge or willingness to learn safe handling and application of chemicals (pesticides, fertilizers) * Strong understanding of turf maintenance and landscaping practices (golf course experience is an advantage) * Safety-conscious with attention to detail, especially when handling hazardous materials * Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Ability to operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment and machinery * Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and within a team * Good record-keeping and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel) * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow instructions Our Benefits:  * Exclusive staff discounts on food and beverage and hotel rooms (including all properties within the Marriott International group) for you, your family and friends  * Grow, develop, and progress with internationally recognized training programs, unlimited strategic development and exciting career opportunities within the Marriott International group  * Genuine care for associates’ physical, emotional and financial wellbeing through our Employee Assistance Program  * Work for the Largest Hotel Network in the World which values equality, diversity and inclusiveness Westin Hotels and Resorts are part of Marriott International's Premium portfolio, which has committed to putting people first for 90 plus years.
