We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Spraybooth Technician to join our dynamic production team.
The Role:
As a Spraybooth Technician, you’ll be responsible for applying finishes to our custom kitchen products, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish that meets both aesthetic and functional standards. You’ll play a crucial role in the final look and feel of our products. As a young business, this is a great opportunity to grow with the company and progress, with the introduction of further product lines in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finish kitchen cabinetry, doors, and panels using spray equipment
  • Mix and match paints, lacquers, and stains to achieve desired finishes
  • Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of the spray booth and equipment
  • Sand, prime, and inspect surfaces for quality control prior to finishing
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in spray painting/finishing, preferably in a woodworking or kitchen manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of different finishing techniques and products
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift components when needed
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
  • Familiarity with spray booth ventilation and safety systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Quarterly bonus
