Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trustworthy advisor, driving customer success.
  • Portfolio Growth: Drive growth within the existing customer base by identifying and leading opportunities to expand product usage, drive account expansion and increase value.
  • Sales metrics: Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Deal shaping: Negotiate pricing and rebates/ uplift within the guidelines of standard terms and conditions, balancing customer needs with company objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical acumen to thoroughly understand client needs and showcase Digital Asset Management solutions effectively.
