Description We’re looking for highly motivated, creative, and collaborative law students to join our projects-oriented law firm for the Spring of 2026. Applicants must currently be in their third year of law school. We are a fast-growing national boutique law firm devoted exclusively to helping clients solve problems involving the nation’s most complex and high-profile projects in environmental, conservation, real estate, land use, infrastructure, project financing, airports, rail, transit, tribal, and renewable energy law. Our law clerks are key members of the Firm, engaging in various substantive legal work on matters across the country while gaining valuable experience, training, and insight into the legal profession. Clerks are integrated into the Firm from day one through our mentoring program and are strongly encouraged to participate in our weekly practice area meetings and other Firm events Requirements Position details: Our law clerks can work at one of the Firm’s offices in Denver, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or New York. We expect our clerks to work between 15 and 20 hours a week. This position will be paid an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour.
