Over the course of the program, Interns will connect with dynamic leaders and associates who are passionate about our brands and lead with a customer-first mindset. They will experience a firsthand view into the intricate world of retail and be an active participant in bringing our brands to life within our stores. Interns will be provided with a challenging hands-on experience in retail management through functional area touch points, developmental opportunities, and executive exposure. You Will Have The Opportunity To Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic stores leaders, associates, and business partners Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking, recruiting, selection and training activities Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment Motivate associates to anticipate the customers' needs and exceed her expectations Identify business trends and opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution Gain experience in merchandising through planning, executing, and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities Position Requirements Interns will be expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week and maintain a flexible work schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities
