Job Description You will play a key role—alongside another Tech Lead—in steering the maintenance and continuous evolution of a growing application ecosystem, currently comprising more than 10 applications within the SSE domain. You will provide technical leadership and coordination of an 8‑developer team, ensuring strong architectural oversight, effective problem‑solving, and high technical standards across all projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Application Managers and the business teams based in Paris to drive impactful, high‑quality solutions Responsibilities Lead the maintenance and continuous evolution of a growing application landscape. Co‑manage technical leadership. Provide technical direction across architecture, design, development practices, and technology choices. Coordinate and support the work of an 8‑developer team, ensuring efficient task distribution and delivery. Ensure architectural consistency and code quality, promoting best practices and technical excellence. Identify and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the main escalation point for troubleshooting. Collaborate closely with Application Managers and the business teams, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business needs. Participate in occasional on‑call duties when required (occasional/punctual on‑call). Qualifications Higher degree in the IT field 5+ years of experience as a software developer or team/tech lead Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating a team of developers Ability to understand functional specifications Ability to write detailed technical specifications Technical Skills Java & Spring Framework Spring Boot and Spring Batch MySQL and Oracle databases GigaSpace 16 Angular 8+ Language Skills English: B2 level French: B2 level (good to have) Additional Information Standard schedule: 08:00–17:00 Hybrid Schedule; Parque das Nações On‑call availability (ocasional)
