At Silco, you’re not just doing a job, you’re making a difference.   Position Overview:   Silco Fire & Security is seeking a motivated leader to become our next Sprinkler Installation Supervisor.  The Sprinkler Installation Supervisor will have a proactive approach to managing the schedule, forecasting labor to match project requirements.  The supervisor will lead a team of Install technicians, super-intendent, and permit coordinator.  It is essential the supervisor have a strong grasp of project financials and liabilities.     Responsibilities: * Project Management: Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler system projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. * Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to effectively plan and execute sprinkler installation projects. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to promote efficient execution of projects.  * Supervision: Lead, manage and motivate the sprinkler installation technicians. * Compliance: Ensure all fire sprinkler system installations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Ensure system has been properly installed and commissioned prior to final acceptance tests with AHJ and customer.  * Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial efficiency. Participate in cost review process with internal design and sales team members. * Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports. Ensure all project documentation is correctly stored and archived. * Communication: Organize and attend project meetings. Provide regular updates to all stakeholders. Facilitate good communication between customers, design, and project teams. * Training: Provide training and guidance to installation teams. Assist in the development of new business proposals and proposal reviews. Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and safety regulations. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in project management software and tools.
