Our Edmonton, AB branch is looking for an experienced Sprinkler Service Manager to join their team! In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the day-to-day management of the branch Sprinkler Service Operations in the branch.

The Sprinkler Service Manager will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Provide technical management of the branch sprinkler service operations.
  • Complete managerial duties relating to sprinkler system sales, project management of quoted service work, as well as deficiencies and spin-offs from inspection accounts.
  • Ensure sprinkler division staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with administrative team to ensure all required information is available to field staff and that required documents including invoicing and inventory transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Work with field staff to ensure they have the training tools and information required to perform their duties safely and in accordance to company standards.
  • Other supervisory duties as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post Secondary Education in Fire Protection Engineering or equivalent education in fire protection field, and/or CoFQ as a Sprinkler Journeyman
  • Knowledge of fire protection layouts and designs to NFPA 13 or 15 standards is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of national and local buidling codes is an asset
  • 3 - 5 years experience in fire protection field
  • Estimating, design, project management and/or service supervisory experience considered an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License and Clear Driver’s Abstract
