REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years directly related and progressively responsible experience including at least three (3) years at a supervisory level.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong leadership skills Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Knowledge of financial management areas such as accounts receivable principles, uniform commercial code, business law, regulatory requirements in healthcare industry. Ability to follow and interpret financial statements Ability to implement processes resulted in satisfactory audit practice’s Strong interpersonal skills Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction Familiarity with ABC/ABSG products and services Strong organizational skills, attention to detail Good analytical skills Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
