Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SQA Engineer with 0–1 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in software quality assurance while working closely with experienced QA and development teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and basic performance testing. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. Identify, log, track, and verify defects with clear reproduction steps. Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman. Assist in test automation efforts using tools like Selenium and support maintenance of automated scripts. Maintain QA documentation including test cases, defect reports, and test execution results. Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and QA review meetings. Continuously learn and apply QA best practices, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications & Skillset Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, internships, or academic projects. Understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts. Basic knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques. Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python). Exposure to QA tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Postman is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with new technologies and testing frameworks.
