Office Automation Services is looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability About the Role: As an SQA Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, working closely with developers and support teams to design, execute, and continuously improve testing strategies. You’ll play a hands-on role in both manual and automated testing while championing best QA practices across the organization. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with development and support teams to define and implement effective test strategies Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly report bugs with actionable insights Investigate complex issues, determine root causes, and support timely resolution Promote QA best practices, tools, and automation frameworks Continuously enhance QA processes to improve efficiency and product qualityWhat We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience & Skills: 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated) Hands-on experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications Exposure to .NET Core, Angular, and Python Strong ability to write clear, reusable test cases and documentation Experience with automation tools such as Appium Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.) Proficiency with JIRA and other test or project management tools Solid understanding of SQL and data validation techniques Why Join Office Automation Services?
