YOUR TASKS Overall responsibilities and duties: Independent execution of the tasks related to claim management, incoming inspection and APQP processes for local and global suppliers. The main missions of the role are: Active participating in the incoming inspection risk assessment process. Reviewing and releasing the control plan for incoming inspection in the PDM with status 30. Transferring of the control plan into the inspection plan according to specifications (e.g., in SAP). Actively participating during internal / customer / external audits for IQC topics. Management of the quarantine zone for purchased parts. Performing incoming quality inspection based on the quality characteristics generated from the inspection lot. Verifying the non-conforming part for complaint management. Coordinating the further containment actions (e.g., rework, sorting, etc.). Initiate, follow up and close FS notification in ERP system. Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing. Performing 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g., in SAP). Coordinating and transferring claim related cost to the supplier. Preparing of non-conforming parts shipment back to the supplier (including delivery notes). Actively participating during internal / customer / external audits for QPP topics. Supporting supplier development program (SDP). Responsible to initiate ACL1 and ACL2 according to the process description. Releasing the purchase parts (ISIR/PPAP) in accordance with the procedures. Responsible for the APQP activities associated with the release of follow-up tools / ECM. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical engineering or mechatronics At least 3 years industries experience, preferably in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry, including 2 years in quality and/or process Problem Solving Skill and Quality tools(8D, FTA, 5 Why ,SPC,MSA etc.) Familiar with IATF 16949 and process audit (VDA 6.3) in automotive experience is preferable Familiar with Plastic parts or Injection parts Good communication, logic-thinking and cooperation English workable Customer focus Collaborates with others Even if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.
