Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an SQE located in RD Center. Reporting to the Quality Director, the SQE role involves… What a typical day looks like: • Educational : Bachelor's degree or higher, majority in Quality Management, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields preferred. • Communication: Proficiency in English is required. • Commodity knowledges: Sub-part/materials knowledges of Power Supply Products/Battery backup unit in AI data center (Example: Capacitors, resistors, IC MOSFETs, Mechanical(Meatal chassis/Heatsink), DC fan and Transformer/Magnetic etc.) Including their process flows, process quality control and quality standards. • Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in SQE or Quality Management within the power supply industry, familiarity with power supply product supply chain processes, and prior experience in supplier audits or quality improvement projects is advantageous. • Job Skills: Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949, and other quality management systems, skilled in 8D, Why-why, SPC, FMEA, APQP, CIP and other quality management tools. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 1. Supplier quality control, annual audit/QBR review /PCN review 2. Supply chain localization support 3. Rigorous evaluation of supplier selection and qualification (Quality Perspective) 4. Clear expectations conveyed from material selection up to mass production status 5. Conducting consistent audits and performance reviews to monitor supplier output and adherence to standards 6. Helps identify and address potential issues with suppliers early to prevent disruptions, recalls, and costly errors in the supply chain 7. Ensures materials, components, and services consistently meet predefined quality standards and customer expectations 8. Communication and Coordination: Strong cross-departmental communication skills, capable of collaborating with suppliers, R&D, MFG site & NPI and other departments to resolve quality issues. Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving abilities to handle complex quality challenges. 9. Additional Requirements: Diligent and responsible work ethic, able to endure hardship, adaptable to business trips.
