Key Duties and Responsibilities:   Quality Issue Resolution Work with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues detected Engage suppliers in supporting complex investigations Ensure close collaboration with suppliers to implement timely and effective corrective actions.   Supplier qualification and monitoring Select, onboard and evaluate supplier base. Conduct QMS, Process and Sustainability audits at the suppliers. Develop and implement supplier quality evaluation and control systems.   Part Qualification Evaluate and qualify components or parts sourced from suppliers. Perform Production Process Validation at supplier's site. Review and provide recommendations to the Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Supplier Engineering Change Requests. Be responsible for activities related to cost reduction projects.   Supplier Development Foster a culture of continuous improvement to assist suppliers in enhancing processes and product quality. Identify optimization opportunities related to supplier material, production, process, technology and innovation. Support suppliers on development plan execution.   Supplier Relationship Management Maintain relationships with suppliers, serving as a liaison between suppliers and Arjo representatives to ensure alignment with quality standards and expectations.   Quality System Duties and Responsibilities: Embed quality into all aspects of work, maintaining strict compliance with all relevant quality requirements and regulatory standards.   Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a relevant field. Demonstrated work experience in a technical role within Category , with a focus on driving quality and process improvements. English language skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of quality management system Six Sigma Certification or equivalent quality management certification is preferred.
