We have an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology Department for a SQL and Power BI Administrator.
As a SQL and Power BI Administrator, you will ensure the performance, integrity, and accessibility of our data systems—playing a pivotal role in supporting a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work across teams to deliver reliable reporting, empower insights, and uphold our commitment to excellence and integrity in everything we do.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration, including backups, performance tuning, and security.
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI, including report development, environment administration, and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency with T-SQL, Power BI gateways, and data integration from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities with a member-first mindset.
• Clear understanding of data governance, role-based access controls, and compliance best practices.

• Champion data integrity and security by managing, monitoring, and optimizing SQL Server environments—upholding our value of Integrity through accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Drive innovation by designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
