D3, Inc is a multi-channel IT Solutions provider specializing in the design and delivery of innovative print and digital solutions. Our mission is to help companies grow by leveraging the integrated marketing, fulfillment, and communications services we provide.
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented SQL, ASP.NET Developer to support and evolve both custom-built and off-the-shelf application software. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, data-driven application development, and a commitment to supporting reliable, scalable solutions in a fast-paced production environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 - 7+ years of professional experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core using C#, VB and ASP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex T-SQL, performance tuning, and database design.
• Experience with production support in high-availability environments.
• Familiarity with COTS application integration and support.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Windows services, and web application development (e.g., ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
• Experience with version control and change (Dev, Test, QA and Prod) system migrations).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the marketing technology or communications industry.
• Familiarity with tools like FTP, data/messaging and data warehouse/reporting
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure.
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom web and service applications using C#, VB, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
• Configure and support commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software used in the design, composition (document), manufacturing (print, presort, mail), marketing, fulfillment, and their associated workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems to ensure minimal downtime and high-quality client deliverables. Implement corrective / preventative actions to minimize downtime and eliminate recurring issues.
• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integration processes to support campaigns, print jobs, and digital messaging workflows.
• Work closely with business users, analysts, production teams and customers to gather requirements, design, prototype and deliver solutions aligned with the products / services we market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with third-party tools, APIs, and client systems.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and change management to maintain a high standard of code quality and operational stability.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and solutions to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
