JOB OVERVIEW

Remedi Healthcare Ltd is a safe, reliable and, efficient healthcare service focusing on the pharmacy sector.
The role of SQL Developer/Tech Support is based within our small, busy IT team within our Robotic Pharmacy operation. Reporting to the Head of IT and taking responsibility for proactively handling a wide range of development and support activities to maintain the business operations.
We use a semi-automated process for receiving prescriptions from the NHS, processing the data into our ‘no-code’ based system (using complex SQL), sending requirements to our robotic dispenser or to our manual dispensary, labelling and packing to be sent out to our service users.

REQUIREMENTS

Educated to at least GCSE level, you will have a minimum of 1 year’s practical experience gained in a commercial environment using SQL Server and the SQL language on a daily basis. We are seeking someone with an interest in ‘no-code’/low-code systems, robotics/automated systems. You should have excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with virtualized Windows servers.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Investigating any issues, maintaining and developing the SQL Server Database
  • Investigating processing issues within our ‘no-code’ application (training provided where required) and SQL.
  • Investigating issues with the robotic system and related applications and hardware
  • Responding to support requests from internal colleagues
  • Ensuring onsite servers run efficiently
  • Attending weekly IT team meetings
