• Resolve service tickets using monitoring tools like Redgate, ensuring timely and expert issue resolution.
• Refine physical database design and maintain database and data standards (including GDPR compliance).
• Install, test, and customise applications and new DBMS versions to meet system requirements.
• Manage database security, disaster recovery, and cloud backups (Azure, AWS S3).
• Ensure proper storage and archiving procedures, including Ola Hallengren scripts.
• Collaborate on business-driven projects and work closely with SQL developers, contributing to team knowledge and documentation.
• Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty, by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects that have potential to impact our customers
