You’ll work Monday to Friday as 0730 to 1600. You will be responsible for providing clerical services including maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records, maintaining databases and information management systems, filing and photocopying and ordering stationery. You will also communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required. The work you undertake will be in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards. About ADF Health Services In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 45+ on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care. Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, serves as the primary base for this position and supports other nearby facilities, including Gallipoli, Victoria, Bulimba, and Damascus Barracks. In this bench role, you’ll be a permanent full-time team member based primarily at Enoggera Health Centre, with the flexibility to provide coverage across the supported sites when required. This may involve short-term travel between locations to backfill staff on leave or to assist during periods of high demand. Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an administrative role (or part-time equivalent). Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service focused environment (desirable). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients.
