About ADF Health Services In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 40+ on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care. Make a real impact supporting Australia’s Defence personnel Join Serco’s ADF Health Services team as a Medical Officer / General Practitioner and provide high-quality medical care to Defence members at Cabarlah Clinic. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped facility alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team. About Cabarlah Health Centre Cabarlah Clinic is located within Borneo Barracks, 14km north of Toowoomba. The barracks is home to the tri-service Defence Force School of Signals’ Electronic Warfare Wing and has approximately 250 members. The Clinic provides primary medical, dental, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services to the base. Clinic staff may be required to work across Cabarlah & Oakey. Standard operating hours of the centre are generally 0700-1630 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements). Your Impact We are seeking a Medical Officer / General Practitioner to join us in a permanent part time capacity, working Monday & Tuesday, 0730 to 1530. As a Medical Officer, you will: Deliver primary medical care in line with professional standards and Defence policies Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to support Defence personnel Assess fitness for duty and provide pre/post-deployment medical support Provide medical technical advice to Defence leadership Work across outpatient and inpatient care settings as needed What You’ll Need Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner FRACGP, FACRRM, or Vocational Registration Minimum 2 years’ full time (or part time equivalent) GP experience in the last 5 years Australian Citizen – for Baseline Security Clearance requirements Why Join Us?
