QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and implementing SQORE.
  • 5 + years of experience in an Agile team structure.
  • 10 + years of experience in Federal Consulting and/ or professional services.
  • Ability to work fully onsite at the client’s designated location - Portland, OR.

Preferred:

  • Advanced proficiency in designing and managing secure data environments.
  • Expert-level skills in implementing data masking and obfuscation techniques.
  • Mastery in structuring and modeling data to support security and privacy requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of data privacy laws, security frameworks, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment and integration of the SQORE data obfuscation and security tool organization wide.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the SQORE tool, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive data obfuscation strategies to protect sensitive data assets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Partner with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align data security initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on SQORE tool usage and data security best practices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for SQORE-related issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data obfuscation processes and implemented security controls.
  • Generate and present regular reports on data security status, obfuscation efforts, and risk mitigation to senior management.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and coordinate with government stakeholders.
  • Support program planning, analysis, and management of cost, schedule, and performance.
