Experience in banking cards, integration and payments system such as Credit card, Debit cards, ATM and their accompanying ecosystem. Advanced understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. Experience on multiple major full release project life cycles Execute the CoE/IT Area strategy and balance value delivered with effort required in a multi-disciplinary team, by setting clear priorities based on customer needs (managing the "what" and holding responsibility of the backlog) Highly responsible for Systems vision and Value delivery, Stakeholder alignment and Team leadership. To provide subject matter expertise to Business functions – integral interface between business squad users and IT to lead and assist in the design, development, implementation and on-going use of IT applications and solutions.
