We’re looking for a forward-thinking legal professional to lead high-impact legal support for our PHI portfolio, including Medibank Hub, ahm and Corporate and Overseas. This is a leadership role where you’ll: Lead and coach a high-performing legal team, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability and inclusiveness Deliver strategic, commercially focussed legal advice on complex legal matters Ensure legal services are fit-for-purpose and aligned to evolving business needs Represent TLC across internal and external forums, and play an active role in leadership groups Support capability building through mentoring, training and development What you’ll bring: Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally within health or insurance Proven ability to lead and develop legal teams in complex, regulated environments Strong expertise across contract law, competition and consumer law, privacy, IP, and dispute resolution Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset Imagine working with us We understand that work means different things to everyone...  We know happy, healthy people make great teams, and great teams put more heart into each customer and patient interaction.
