As we continue to evolve in a digital-first world, we’re looking for a visionary Squad Lead – Internal Audit to help us stay ahead of risk, drive innovation, and strengthen our data and technology control environment.
As a key member of our Internal Audit leadership team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering a forwardthinking audit strategy. You’ll lead data and technology-focused audits that provide critical insights to our executive leadership and Board, while embedding a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement across the business.

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Chief Audit Executive to design and execute a risk-based Internal Audit Plan aligned with Medibank’s strategic priorities.
• Tech-Driven Assurance: Champion the use of AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Lead complex audit engagements from planning through to reporting, managing internal teams and co-sourced partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing clear, actionable insights and influencing decision-making.
• Governance & Reporting: Present findings to executive committees and the Board Audit Committee, and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to uplift Medibank’s control environment and audit practices.
