Together with Telenor Shared Services Norway it delivers efficient business support to Telenor employees to make their work easier. Position Related As Squad Lead R2R, you have overall responsibility for your squad and for fostering an E2E culture in the F&P tribe. You’ll be a frontrunner for shared Telenor solutions, supporting alignment and collaboration across BUs. The role is graded Senior Manager (JG4) or Director (JG5), based on experience and seniority. Goals Lead and develop the team, fostering talent, collaboration, and psychological safety Own P&L, including forecasting, operational efficiency (OE), KPIs, and targets Drive improvement through standardization, simplification, and radical automation Oversee operations for timely and accurate deliveries Ensure adherence to Telenor governance and ICFR compliance Achieve NPS results in line with expectations and targets. Your typical day at work Deliver first-class R2R services across Telenor, including Group reporting (FCC) and balance sheet reconciliations Create and communicate monthly closing schedules for MEC, aligned with Group Accounting Support core system implementations and prioritize resources across projects Focus on recruitment and maintaining a strong talent pipeline Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence Monitor and troubleshoot performance, compliance, and delivery issues Contribute to process standardization and documentation Manage ad hoc R2R-related tasks and participate in strategic planning initiatives Note: Above goals and job descriptions are indicative and subject to change Eligibility Criteria Experience and Qualification: Extensive background in finance and IT Deep knowledge of IT systems, processes, and deliveries within the tribe and Telenor BUs Ability to communicate effectively in both finance and IT contexts Strong communication skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in management and project delivery Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas Service-minded, open-minded, and culturally aware Structured, focused, and able to deliver on priorities Innovative, curious, and strategic thinker High analytical capabilities Team-oriented with ability to foster collaboration and psychological safety Adaptable, proactive, and able to meet strict deadlines Potential Career Path Progression to Tribe Lead or Director roles Strategic positions in finance transformation, automation, or enterprise leadership Opportunities in cross-functional leadership, change management, and governance
