Sett is looking for a Squad Lead to join our out-of-this-world, cross-functional team. If you love taking ownership, enjoy working across the stack, and aren’t afraid to dive into new technologies, this might be your perfect role. Responsibilities Leading a squad of 3–4 developers while remaining 100% hands-on Own end-to-end feature development - from design and coding to testing and production Work on LLM based applications including the development of proprietary AI Agents Collaborate with team members through design/code reviews and open discussions Partner closely with research and engineering to deliver impactful solutions Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Python (At least 8 years) - a MUST Strong experience in large-scale system architecture - a MUST 3+ years of managerial or team leadership experience - a MUST Proven ability to develop and maintain complex backend systems Curiosity, drive, and a passion for building great tech Background in the mobile gaming industry – an advantage Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks - an advantage

Responsibilities

The Squad Lead will lead a squad of 3-4 developers while being hands-on in feature development. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, collaboration through design/code reviews, and partnering with research and engineering teams.
