Description The weekend Squash Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience within the Athletic Department. This position supports daily fitness and squash operations by providing front-line member service, maintaining facility standards, and assisting with scheduling and reservations in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Operate the Pro Shop during weekend hours, including sales and inventory awareness. Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to members and member areas. Track and record attendance for fitness classes. Assist with massage, pool, and court reservations as needed. Provide general support to the Athletic Department to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Clear, confident, and outgoing communication style. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills; familiarity with scheduling or POS systems is a plus. Natural leadership qualities with a strong sense of responsibility. Highly reliable, punctual, and consistent. Lifeguard certification is a plus.
