In this dynamic role, you will be essential in driving growth and expanding market presence in the travel and meetings technology space. Your efforts will directly influence the effectiveness of the sales team and the overall success of the organization. By managing the entire sales cycle, you will contribute to building robust client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shape the future of our client's market impact. \n Accountabilities Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to product demos, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and outbound strategies to ensure consistent deal flow. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct product demos that effectively communicate the value of the client's SaaS platform to prospects in the travel/meetings tech industry. Identify upsell opportunities and manage contract renewals to maximize customer lifetime value. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS technology sales, preferably within the travel/meetings technology space. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment. Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to clearly communicate their value. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a positive, go-getter attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, with proficiency in CRM. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits Salary base of 60k - 70k + commission = 100k - 120k OTE. Based on experience.
