Sr. Account Manager Application Deadline: 18 April 2026 Department: Client Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: USA Remote Reporting To: Sr. Director of Client Services Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 / year Description Big Happy is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with some of our most important brand and agency partners. This role sits at the center of our client experience and ensures campaigns launch smoothly, perform strongly, and ultimately turn into long-term partnerships. As the primary post-sale lead for your accounts, you will guide campaigns from kickoff through reporting while partnering closely with teams to deliver strong outcomes. You will combine strong client instincts, attention to detail, and a solutions-first mindset to help clients get the most from Big Happy’s platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful work that drives client success. What You’ll Do Lead campaign kick-off calls with media and creative agencies to ensure creative production aligns with campaign objectives, brainstorm custom creative (Sunrises, AR, 3D, Games, etc), review production timelines, and serve as a subject matter expert on all things Big Happy Gather campaign launch materials including third party tracking, site lists, block lists, etc, and confirm accuracy for timely launch Lead creative production with Creative team and serve as the liaison between the client and internal teams to bring a client’s creative vision to life while aligning with Big Happy best practices Monitor campaign performance and provide client with weekly reporting, with an eye for optimizing and showing improvement week over week against client KPIs Ensure all campaign elements are accurately tracking and flag discrepancies with Ops and Tech teams Build and present end of campaign reporting with a focus on actionable learnings and recommendations that drive client renewals Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Ops to accomplish client deliverables and ensure smooth campaign launch, execution, and completion What You Bring 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within an agency, publisher, or ad tech environment. Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and how brands, agencies, and publishers collaborate. Experience managing campaigns across the full lifecycle from kickoff to reporting. Comfort working with third-party measurement and verification partners such as IAS, DoubleVerify, Innovid, DCM, Lucid, Nielsen, or Placed. Familiarity with programmatic and managed service media environments. Experience with platforms like DV360, Xandr, or The Trade Desk is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and compelling client narratives. Confident communicator who is comfortable leading client conversations and navigating ambiguity. A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset with interest in improving processes as the company grows.
