Description
Pacifica Continental is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in the Chemical Industry (Sales) for a global provider specializing in technologies aimed at reducing carbon emissions, supplying technology, catalysts, and services for the global energy transition. Sr. Account Manager Chemical Industry (Sales) Responsibilities: Manage and develop existing accounts and new leads in the region, with a focus on catalysis, decarbonization technologies, and new businesses. Build and execute account plans that align with the customers’ goals and objectives, and position Topsoe as a strategic partner. Generate and qualify sales opportunities: negotiate contracts and agreements. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to provide solutions and support to customers. Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory), preferably Chemical Engineer. A minimum of 10 years of experience within the Chemical Industry; preferably Sulfur and/or SynGas (Ammonia, Methanol and Hydrogen), with solid understanding of catalytic processes. A proven track record of complex sales/negotiations and account management, with the ability to create value and grow businesses profitably. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders at multiple levels. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn continuously and adapt to a dynamic market. A high level of commitment to the company’s values, policies, objectives, and goals. A permanent residence close to the office, and the availability to travel within Latin America. Fluency in English, verbal and written. Location: Office in Martinez, Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA (report to Sales Manager in Latin America). Hybrid modality. Great benefits that will be shared in the interview!
