As a Key Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. You will report directly to our Projects Sales Director and you'll work out of our Jeddah Office location on a full-time work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 7 years minimum of experience in Projects Sales and account management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth • Good experiences in selling ELV and low current Systems (Solutions) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite WE VALUE • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics • Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends We Offer: The opportunity to work on the world’s most exciting projects, transforming the cities we live in, the buildings where we work, and the vehicles that move us. * A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation. * Market specific training and on-going personal development.
