Define the value impact of solutions in terms of business outcomes and customer KPIs. Translate customer needs into compelling solution-based proposals through collaboration. Develop cross-company solutions from various brands. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities. Cultivate relationships with key business functions for agile resolution of issues. Manage performance using SFDC, account plans, and strategic selling tools. Identify and exploit sales opportunities within existing customer accounts. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a professional sales role. Experience in communications and networking projects. History of working in medium to large international organizations. Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing. Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals and value selling processes. Experience in large account and end-user solution selling. Familiarity with CRM systems and funnel management.
