We’re looking for a Senior Web Development Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of client success, web development, and digital marketing. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution while maximizing ROI through strategic website optimizations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 6+ years in web account management or web project management in agency experience preferred).
  2. Strong understanding of web development (WordPress, Shopify, custom sites using Webflow, Contentful, and Headless CMS) and digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, CRO).
  3. Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio) and project management software (Monday, Asana, ClickUp).
  4. Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify technical concepts for clients and align teams on goals.
  5. Proven track record of growing client accounts, managing high-value web projects, and driving life-time value for clients and the business.
Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Growth – Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business goals and translating them into web development and marketing strategies.
Technical Project Oversight – Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure web projects (websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores) are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Performance Optimization – Analyze website performance (speed, UX, SEO, CRO) and recommend data-driven improvements to boost conversions.
Upsell & Retention – Identify opportunities to expand services (SEO, paid media integrations, A/B testing) and drive client retention.
Stakeholder Communication – Executive communication to build strong client relations, present project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Process Improvement – Refine workflows between account management, development, and marketing teams for maximum efficiency.
