SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Client Strategy & Growth – Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business goals and translating them into web development and marketing strategies.
Technical Project Oversight – Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure web projects (websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores) are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Performance Optimization – Analyze website performance (speed, UX, SEO, CRO) and recommend data-driven improvements to boost conversions.
Upsell & Retention – Identify opportunities to expand services (SEO, paid media integrations, A/B testing) and drive client retention.
Stakeholder Communication – Executive communication to build strong client relations, present project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Process Improvement – Refine workflows between account management, development, and marketing teams for maximum efficiency.
