Description

DIRECTV is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Account Manager to join our Ad Sales Data Partnerships team. This role will support our data partnerships strategy by managing third-party data relationships, developing cohesive data partner strategies, and monetizing DIRECTV’s valuable data assets through licensing agreements with new and existing partners. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between DIRECTV and data partners, providing support for existing relationships while helping to scope new data partners. This position plays an important role in growing our outbound data licensing revenue and ensuring smooth operations across all data partnership activities.

Responsibilities

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between DIRECTV and third-party data partners, managing day-to-day relationship activities.
  • Support the improvement, development, and fostering of new and existing data partnerships.
  • Analyze existing third-party data relationships and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to advance the business.
  • Support and occasionally lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data partner deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Track invoices from third-party data partners and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Establish and maintain the billing process for data licensees, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Intake, track, and steer resolution of data or billing issues related to third-party data vendors or licensees.
  • Monitor data issue resolution to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
  • Plan and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with third-party data vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive relationship growth and continuous improvement initiatives with data partners.
  • Assist in scoping and evaluating potential new data licensees and vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of cohesive data partner strategies.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives for outbound data licensing sales.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and opportunities.
