Long Description Job Summary The Senior Accountant is a crital part of the Accounting Team and will support all aspects of the accounting and controls function. Job Responsibilities • Review current systems, Assess risks and controls related to processes and support in designing appropriate internal controls to protect company assets. • Handle Independently accounting, compliance and audit of smaller legal entities • Coordinate and support Finance with Information and Analysis • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and coordinate with Legal team and Ministry on compliance to Local laws • Ledger scrutiny and timely reconciliation of accounts Candidate Requirements • Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce and display good relevant accounting knowledge• A minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in the Accounting domain, preferably in a multinational environment.• Sound knowledge of accounting and internal controls. • Analytical mind set with good problem solving and presentation skills.• Proficiency in MS office with hands on knowledge on ERP systems• Strong team orientation • Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage Education
