About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely month-end closings, and partnering across departments to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams — blending analytical precision with real-world business impact. What You’ll Do Lead an accurate and timely month-end close process, ensuring completeness and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements. Partner with Purchasing and Supply Chain to validate and audit product costs. Coordinate and record physical inventories, collaborating with Operations and Business Optimization teams. Calculate and monitor labor and overhead allocations. Support Accounts Payable and Receivable functions — guiding staff, verifying invoices, and ensuring proper documentation and disbursement. Maintain fixed asset schedules and compile annual property data by entity. Assist with audit preparation, selections, and supporting workpapers. Develop and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested. Requirements What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience; construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred. Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — advanced Excel skills a plus. Experience with ERP systems and general ledger maintenance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to build partnerships across departments.
