Responsibilities
  • Execute month-end close activities, including review of the general ledger, continuity schedules and preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly joint venture financial statements, including timely distribution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Perform monthly financial analysis and review account reconciliations.
  • Process joint venture transactions, including invoices and quarterly cash disbursements to JV partners.
  • Provide support and financial schedules for Tax and External Reporting teams.
  • Prepare and review information requests from external and internal auditors, including performing asset verification processes.
  • Prepare and monitor joint venture budgets and forecasts.
  • Central point of contact for joint venture partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication and collaboration.
  • Preparation and review of other month-end close activities as assigned.
  • Support and assist with continuous improvement initiatives and projects as required.
