PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience (experience in manufacturing or lumber industries is a plus!).
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this position, you will oversee financial reporting, reconciling accounts, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial documentation for our growing business. You’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly while enjoying the flexibility to structure your schedule around life’s priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
Handle payroll and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide financial insights to management to aid decision-making.
Support tax preparation and audit processes.
