ACCOUNTANT THE OPPORTUNITY Step into a role where your work directly shapes how we understand and run our business. As a Sr. Accountant, you’ll partner closely with the Sr. Accounting Manager to bring clarity and accuracy to our financial story. You’ll own key pieces of the month-end close, dig into financial data, and help ensure our reporting reflects what’s really happening across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing detail-oriented work with meaningful analysis—and wants to grow their impact. This position is HYBRID to our Framingham, MA office. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll play a hands-on role across core accounting operations, working both independently and collaboratively to keep things running smoothly. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting * Contribute to monthly close activities, including preparing journal entries and completing account reconciliations * Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting and compliance documentation * Prepare post-close balance sheet flux commentary and departmental budget-to-actual analyses Operational Accounting * Maintain and reconcile cash balances * Process accounts payable payments and reconcile credit card statements * Support invoice processing for international distributors * Reconcile and process factory inventory bills * Maintain and reconcile landed costs on inventory receipts Analysis & Business Support * Complete weekly shipping cost analysis to track trends and variances * Prepare monthly commission summaries and detailed reports for external sales representatives * Use NetSuite to generate reports and respond to ad hoc requests from leadership * Assist with accounts receivable collections and customer credit activities as needed Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with internal teams to support projects or resolve day-to-day accounting needs * Occasionally support in-office tasks such as remote check deposits -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL NEED We’re looking for someone who is curious, dependable, and comfortable working with both details and big-picture insights.
