We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Vista Controllership team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a proven ability to navigate new challenges, take initiative, own outcomes, and work independently and will have strong experience in accounting, month end close procedures. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and timely completion of our financial close cycles. This role will report directly to the Director, Corporate Controller.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA certification is preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Proven experience with the accounting for operations in Mexico.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar size ERP system is preferred.

• Own the day-to-day accounting for portions of our North American manufacturing operations, including general ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for portions of our North American manufacturing operations.
• Own key operational accounting activities, including fixed assets, leases, inventory, and payroll.
• Ensure financial activities are aligned with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Partner with local operations and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and provide accounting support.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to support decision-making
