Job Title: Senior Ad Operations Executive – Retail Media Network Location: India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5+ years Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing specialization preferred) Language Requirement: Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ad Operations Executive to join our Retail Media Network team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns across leading performance and retail media platforms such as Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, and Noon Ads. This role requires strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record in campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and client servicing. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization - Plan, set up, and manage cross-platform advertising campaigns across Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, Noon Ads, and other retail media networks. - Optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, conversions, and efficiency metrics. - Monitor daily performance and implement strategic adjustments to maximize results. - Conduct A/B testing, analyze user journey data, and apply insights to improve future campaigns. Budget & Performance Management - Own end-to-end budget management across all assigned accounts. - Ensure accurate pacing of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets. - Prepare performance forecasts, budget reports, and spend summaries. Client & Internal Coordination - Act as a key point of contact for clients on campaign performance, delivery, and optimizations. - Present campaign insights, recommendations, and reports in a structured and professional manner. - Coordinate closely with sales, account management, creative, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to stay updated on best practices and product enhancements. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and clear explanations. - Analyze platform-level data to identify growth opportunities and address performance issues. Finance & Invoice Management - Coordinate with internal finance teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and credit notes. - Validate campaign spend, reconcile budgets, and ensure billing accuracy. - Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions linked to campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations or Performance Marketing, preferably within a Retail Media Network. - Strong expertise in Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, and Noon Ads. - Proven ability in campaign setup, optimization, and performance management. - Strong understanding of performance metrics and advertising reporting. - Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). - Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing specialization is an added advantage). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in budget and invoice management. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in managing retail media budgets and client accounts. - Prior exposure to FMCG, e-commerce, QSR, or marketplace-driven campaigns. - Certification in Criteo Commerce Academy, Amazon DSP, or similar platforms.
