We’re looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy professional with strong organizational skills to join our local team at AMD! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing local site operations including local Accounts Payable operations and general administrative tasks. You’ll be part of the AMD Silo AI business unit, collaborating closely with global colleagues across AMD. AMD Silo AI comprises a team of over 230 professionals and four countries focused on shaping the future of AI computing. Main responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Operations & Administration Processing and coding invoices for AMD Accounts Payable team to execute Day-to-day collaboration with Accounts Payable team on open items Creating and managing Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders Master Data Management: creating/modifying vendors for stakeholders Vendor Management: liaising and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services Managing company credit cards for AMD Silo AI entities and expense management Acting as a point of contact and forwarding items to different stakeholders. Collaboration with different stakeholders in Internal Accounting, HR, procurement, IT, and others Any other supporting tasks in AP or finance operations as needed General Administration Coordinating and handling any general administrative tasks related to AMD Silo AI Occupational Health and Safety administration, coordination with occupational health and safety provider, collaboration with Occupational Health and Safety Manager Coordination with local pension insurance companies and other local institutions Coordination of statutory reporting items Any other administrative supporting tasks as needed Required experience Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities with flexibility Proactive problem solver with a high level of initiative and ownership Previous experience in accounts payable processes and using SAP (or other enterprise systems) Previous experience in administrative coordination, preferably within a global corporate environment Fluent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint) Strong mastery of both English and Finnish; in written and verbally #LI-PL1 #LI-Hybrid Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
