Manage multiple complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling across time zones Arrange and manage high volume domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reporting Proactively handles responsibilities and consistently delivers exceptional results Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite Handle confidential communications and ensure timely responses to priority items Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site events, and large group functions Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination Manage incoming and outgoing communications, mail, and package distribution Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative professionals Support Workforce Development initiatives, including technical article submissions Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a high on-time completion rate for assigned tasks Proficiency in complex and multi-calendar management, booking domestic and international travel, and working across global time zones Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for discrepancies and clarity Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Possession of a valid Notary Public certification
