THE ROLE We are looking for a high-energy Sr Administrative Assistant to support multiple managers and their teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment based in Austin, Texas. The role requires partnering with other administrative assistants and interacting with multiple management levels, employees, to manage day-to-day priorities. Flexibility and a proactive mindset are key to success. THE PERSON The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels. To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the managers is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries, and information. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and prioritize multiple manager's calendar including onsite/offsite meeting coordination Plan domestic and international travel Prepare and process expense reports Serve as a primary contact for the management team, handling inquiries and resolving issues by redirecting them to appropriate staff Handle mail and inquiries, determining the necessity of action Collect and analyze information to prepare reports, agendas, and correspondence Oversee inventory management of departmental supplies and coordinate maintenance requests Support opening and managing purchase orders PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Exceptional communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams Ability to handle complex tasks independently while being a team player Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. #LI-MP2 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
