Description

* Fast-Paced, Semi-Autonomous Role, managing (planning and execution) all aspects of Customer service, Technology promotion & support and product delivery throughout the covered areas – requires significant level or business travel mostly interstate * Working with Sales and technical support team, to provide relevant professional technical support for Pre-sales, After-sales, training service to help the local business growth in country and Asia Pacific region. * Lead vertical solution consulting and design * Directly report to Sales leader and dotted line to technical leader (as needed), measured by sales achievement (overlay or team target) and customer satisfaction. * Understand the growth strategy (STRAP) of the country and APAC region, and execute it throughout the covered areas.
